67th Regiment, New York National Guard

The following is taken from New York in the War of the Rebellion, 3rd ed. Frederick Phisterer. Albany: J. B. Lyon Company, 1912.

This regiment, located then in Erie county, but now not in service, was ordered to Harrisburg, Pa., June 18, 1863; it left the State, commanded by Col. Chauncey Abbott, for a service of thirty days June 25, 1863; mustered in July 6, to date June 25, 1863; it served at Camp Curtin, Pa., and was mustered out of the service of the United States August 3, 1863, at Buffalo, N. Y.
