Letters Home from Otilia D. Noeckel

Otilia Noeckel was born June 11, 1890. These letters were sent home to her mother and sisters Mary, Louise, Rose, Emma "Em," and Laura and her brother, Will , during the last part of World War I. Otilia was stationed in France for nine months, from November, 1918 through July, 1919.
